Stairlift Maintenance, Servicing and Repairs
Although stairlifts are very reliable, it is important to look after and regularly service your stairlift so it should never break down on you. Our engineers are fully qualified in stairlift maintenance and will make sure that every part of the stairlift operates fully and as it should do, giving you peace of mind you will always be able to get up and down your stairs.
If you have a Love Stairlift, we will of course fix and maintain your stairlift in accordance with the Service Plan you have taken out with us. Our team will monitor when your are due for stairlift maintenance and get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time and day to do so.
If your Love Stairlift is no longer covered by its Service Plan, but needs some attention, we can discuss possible extensions to your Service Plan or service and repair your Love Stairlift in accordance with our standard rates.

Stair Alterations
If you are doing renovations to your stairs and require your stairlift removing for a short or long period of time, we can help. We can remove and refit the stairlift before and after the work has been done for you, for a small charge.
It is important to get this done by our qualified engineers. We often remove and refit when its time for a new stair carpet. We can do this service on the same day so that you have limited impact on venturing up and down your stairs. Our engineers will make sure that as your stairlift is refitted, it is precisely aligned and fully operational just as before.
If the works being carried out alter the staircase shape, we will happily advise as to whether your current stairlift will be able to be reused or if you will need a different one.
Removal
If you have a stairlift and no longer require it, we may be able to recycle it.
However, dependant on the age and brand of your stairlift this may not always be an option. We can still professionally remove the stairlift and dispose of it in a correct and ethical manner for a small charge. Please contact us for more details.
